Spaghetti Bolognese

A family favourite full of locally sourced ingredients, including our delicious free range meat.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti (gluten, egg), parmesan (milk), beef mince, pork mince, bacon, tomatoes, chicken stock*, carrot, (celery), onion, garlic, paprika, olive oil, nutmeg, parsley, pepper, salt.

Spaghetti
Carbonara

A classic enriched with kale, courgette and crispy bacon.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti (gluten,egg), cream (milk), parmesan (milk), chicken stock*, (celery), bacon, courgette, kale, (mustard), olive oil, garlic, lemon, nutmeg, parsley, pepper, salt.

Chicken
Laksa

A wonderful combination of spices from the East , with oodles of noodles.

 

Ingredients: 

Chicken, rice noodles, coconut milk (sulfites), chicken stock*, broccoli, red pepper, ginger, garlic, lime, coriander, tumeric, (thai fish sauce), (soy), (sesame oil), chilli, brown sugar.

Meatballs & Couscous

A wonderful dish full of fresh herbs and spices in a warming Tuscan tomato sauce.

Ingredients:

Sausage meat, couscous (durum wheat, gluten), tomatoes, chicken stock*, carrot, onion, garlic, (celery), red pepper, smoked paprika, lemon, coriander, parsley, nutmeg, pepper, salt.

Beef chilli with cauliflower rice

A hearty chilli with a combination of roasted peppers and warming spices served with fluffy cauliflower rice.

Ingredients:

Beef mince, cauliflower, tomatoes, chicken stock*, onion, kidney beans, red pepper, carrot, (celery), garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, parsley, chilli powder, sugar, pepper, salt.

Sausage hot pot

Our sausage hot pot is packed with heaps of delicious blush tomatoes and vegetables served in a rich and warming chicken jus.

Pork sausage, new potato, tomatoes, chicken stock*, red pepper, broccoli, bacon, onion, carrot, (celery), garlic, (mustard), parsley, olive oil, pepper, salt.

Butternut & edamame orzo

A fresh and vibrant dish, full of nutrients, fresh herbs and the finest cheese.

Ingredients:

Orzo (gluten), butternut squash, edamame beans (soy), parmesan (milk), olive oil, basil, (pine nuts), garlic, parsley, kale, lemon, pepper, salt.
